Thank you for your interest in Shorin Ryu Karate and I want to encourage you to take your training seriously as it is our goal to see you advance in your skill. Our style of Shorin Ryu (Kobayashi Ryu) karate was founded in 1930 by Chibana Chosin (1885 – 1969), and we strive to continue in this rich traditional martial art. That being said we also teach self-defense for today’s modern world as well. You will find what I believe to be a good balance between the old and today.

Yellow thru Brown Belt Rank Up (each color) $15.00
Jr. Black Belt (under the age of 16) $100.00
Black Belt $250.00 + Cost of Belt with Your Name & Shorin Ryu in Japanese or
(Plain Belt is Free)

Tues. & Thurs.  Evening Classes  (6:30-7:30 p.m.)
2 nights per week (white – Black belt: 1-hour) $50.00 per month (includes tax)
